Katrina Michelle, PhD, LCSW is a holistic psychotherapist who practices from a transpersonal and humanistic framework that centers around cultivating psychospiritual growth at both the individual and cultural level. In addition to her integrative psychotherapy and spiritual coaching work, she is passionate about supporting emerging healers and helping professionals in aligned fields such as social work, psychology, and psychedelics to bring their gifts into the world in service of creating a culture that catalyzes and supports our highest human potentials.
Katrina earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology at Sofia University and her Master's in Social Work from Stony Brook University. For her doctoral research she conducted a heuristic study on Exploring Resistance to Spiritual Emergence and her Master's research focussed on spiritual development within higher education.
Katrina formerly served as the director of harm reduction for the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) at the Zendo Project and prior to that served for three years as the executive director of The American Center for the Integration of Spiritually Transformative Experiences (ACISTE). Katrina has served as graduate faculty at Columbia University School of Social Work, Fordham University School of Social Services, and The Institute for the Development of Human Arts. She is currently teaching at NYU's Department of Applied Psychology and designing research with The Emergent Phenomenology Research Consortium (EPRC) to elucidate the phenomenology of challenging psychedelic states and support the creation and practical application of integration techniques.
Informed by her academic research and her own transcendent experiences, Katrina supports people in exploring, embracing, and integrating the multifaceted human experience. She has worked well with assisting those returning from non ordinary states of consciousness from psychedelic journeys, kundalini awakenings, near-death experiences, and similar transpersonal states using an intuitive, relational, and somatically reflective approaches based on her years of clinical experience, trainings in hypnotherapy, yoga, energy psychology, eco-therapy, and personal growth work.
As co-founder of Emergent Entertainment, a company on a mission to demystify awakening experiences through storytelling and art, Katrina is also working on producing her first film, When Lightning Strikes, to help create a cultural context for these experiences.

Nicole M. Korte, LMSW holds a master’s degree in clinical social work and a BA in Psychology and English. She has spent her adult life studying theoretical concepts in mental health and continues to seek out opportunities to learn new approaches to healing. Nicole believes in the fundamental value of psychotherapy and appreciates the varied experiences and perspectives clients bring into the room. She views the client-
therapist relationship as integral to successful therapy.
Nicole uses a strength’s based, person-centered approach to treatment and has developed her skillset working with individuals struggling with mental illness, past and present traumas, eating disorders, and at various stages of recovery. Some of the therapeutic techniques Nicole uses in her practice involve cognitive reframing, mindfulness, meditation, guided imagery, journaling, poetry, and art therapy. Nicole emphasizes the significance of self-care, self-compassion, forgiveness, and healing the inner child to promote emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth. Nicole is committed to creating a safe, empathic space for clients to be heard and supported as they continue a path towards self-discovery and healing.

Liz Cooke, LMSW has a therapeutic approach that is compassionate and collaborative, helping her clients to recognize and build on their unique strengths and needs as a way to reach their goals. As a lifelong learner, she believes in the power of therapy to help develop greater self-awareness, new ways of approaching challenges and a way to discover a more joyful, satisfying life.
A native New Yorker, Liz spent 10 years in Los Angeles where she gained an appreciation of holistic healing and well-being. Mental health is about treating a person, not just a symptom. Liz sees each client as a unique individual, influenced by various biological, psychological and social factors. With that in mind, she works with clients to develop a system of therapy that best suits their individual needs.
Liz has worked with the substance use community for 20 years and has seen first hand how people can change their lives in ways they once thought unimaginable. She has a particular interest in helping people make sense of life transitions. Divorce, death, grief, career and economic changes - these are some of the transitions she has helped clients navigate with increased clarity, insight and awareness.
