  • "I've been seeing Katrina for over 2 years since I lost my 29-year old sister to cancer. As a spiritual person, navigating grief can be especially complicated and Katrina has been a godsend. From deep existential anxieties to surface-level work frustrations -- from crisis to celebration -- Katrina has helped me stay balanced and gain perspective. She genuinely cares about my wellbeing and is flexible in a way that is such a relief in a healthcare system that can often be rigid and impersonal. I could not recommend Katrina more highly."

Despite the time difference, Katrina made herself available to me and was supportive and helpful in discussing this journey. Her perspective on the trip was very helpful. She also had good suggestions as to how to best integrate this troubling experience. She encouraged me to reach out to her for any further support, and I have done just that. My husband and I recommend Katrina without any hesitation."

  • "My husband has worked with Katrina in solo sessions and always has incredibly positive experiences. My husband floated the idea of doing a couples session. I had never done a therapy session and was not sure what to expect. It exceeded all expectations. There was no agenda and Katrina was there to facilitate conversation. She was a fabulous advocate and really encouraged us to listen and supported us throughout the journey! Afterwards we felt wonderful and appreciated consistent follow ups and check-ins with Katrina. I would highly encourage working with Katrina whether for specific areas of concern or just to develop stronger connections with your partner or understanding of yourself! She is supportive, listens, offers new ways to approach and think about communication and has a calming presence. She’s professional but also feels like a trusted friend. I highly recommend the couples journey even if you’re not sure what to expect!"

  • "I have had the privilege of working with Katrina on five occasions over the past couple of years, exploring some incredible medicines. Katrina is a truly wonderful therapist who has helped me delve deep into my psyche and address root issues. Her expertise and compassionate approach have provided me with excellent strategies and unwavering support in healing my PTSD. I highly recommend Katrina to anyone seeking profound and transformative healing."

  • "I remember when I first spoke to Katrina, I felt immediately cared for and understood. I participated in Katrina's group therapy and spiritual integration circles. I also attended the ACISTE (American Center for the Integration of Spiritually Transformative Experiences) Conference where Katrina was formerly Executive Director, and an Emerging Proud Day event that Katrina hosted, to honor and celebrate those who have had spiritual transformative experiences and the inner gifts these experiences generated. Katrina taught me the language around spiritual emergence(ies), and provided me with many resources, education, and healing modalities that have been paramount to my healing. Most importantly, she provided me with invaluable tools on my path to healing including speaking my truth, surrender, shadow work, expressing my emotions, performing personal and communal rituals, and pursuing what my soul is being called to do. I am forever grateful for how much Katrina has helped me integrate my spiritually transformative experience and would not have made the tremendous progress I have made without her."
